My name is Anand Modha and I am the new Assistant Language Teacher of English at Higashi Toyonaka High School. I come from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and arrived in Japan on August 1, 2004.
I thoroughly enjoy teaching and working at Higashi Toyonaka High school and feel grateful to have been placed in a wonderful school with friendly colleagues and good students.
I am 25 years old and have one younger brother in Canada. In university I studied Film and English and my hobbies include reading, writing, watching films and photography.
Living and working in Japan has given me the opportunity to fully experience and appreciate Japanese culture and all that it has to offer. From cuisine to places of interest, my time here has been full of new and exciting adventures that I will treasure for a lifetime.
