We shared our New Year's resolutions with each other in English during the first ESS club meeting of this year.
新年最初のESSで、今年の抱負を英語で発表しました。

This year, I will try the Eiken test, which I gave up on last year, making the excuse that I was busy.
私は、「忙しい」を言い訳に、昨年挫折してしまった英検に今年こそは挑戦しようと思っています。
I hope I will not say the same thing this time next year....
来年の今頃、同じことを言っていないことを願います、、、。
After that, we explained Japanese New Year customs such as "Hatsumode," "Kagamimochi," and "Osechi-Ryouri" to the ALT.
抱負の後は、ALTの先生に「初詣」、「鏡餅」、「おせち調理」など、日本のお正月について説明しました。
