Notice about New Corona Virus infection
Thank you for understanding and cooperating to our school activities.
Today, April 22th, a teacher from our school was diagnosed positive from the New Corona Virus. We are now currently cooperating with the Public Health Center, Board of Education and school doctors for further procedures.
In the meantime, we will be closing the school for 3 days until Apr. 25th. Based on the result of the epidemiological investigation of the Public Health Center (investigation with the people in contact), the Public Health Center has sent instructions to the "people who have been in direct contact" about their procedures and an instruction to disinfect the school facilities. Now, we will be notifying everyone through the school homepage "学校からのお知らせブログ", mail magazine and Google classroom as soon as we will have further information upon when will the school will re-open.
Also, those who will be identified as "people who have been in direct contact" by the Public Health Center will be given direct instructions. Therefore we are asking you to please stay at home until further notice.
Now, in accordance to the Personal Information Protection Ordinance of the Osaka Prefecture, we may be providing some of your contact information to the Public Health Center.
A lot of things are still unknown about the New Corona Virus infection, and it is important to respond appropriately based on the information we have as of now. We understand your concerns and we are cooperating with the related organizations to prevent the spread of the infection. We are asking for your understanding and cooperation.
In addition, to prevent reputational damage to our students, please protect any information related to this matter.
