Notice Regarding the New Corona Virus Infection.
Thank you for understanding and cooperating to our school.
Today, Jan. 14th, a student from our school was diagnosed positive from the New Corona Virus. We are now currently cooperating with the Public Health Center, Board of Education and school doctors for further procedures.
In the meantime, we will be closing the school for 3 days until Jan. 17th. The Public Health Center will be conducting an epidemiological investigation to determine the "people who have been in close contact", and will be sending instructions for further procedures and instructions to disinfect the school facilities. Also according to the result of the investigation, the Health Center may contact you if ever you have been determined as "close contact".
As for the re-opening of the school, we will contact you as soon as we get the confirmation and response are completed. The school may be reopened by grade or class, depending on whether or not PCR tests related to patients are carried out. In addition, depending on the infection situation, etc., we may take temporary closures for the entire school or for each grade. The temporary closure may be shortened or extended, so as soon as the confirmation and response are completed, we will contact you via the "School Notice Blog(学校からのお知らせ)" on the homepage, e-mail newsletter, and Google classroom. Please check it.
We will inform you individually about those who correspond to close contacts confirmed by the public health center, so please refrain from going out as much as possible until then.
In addition, based on the Osaka Prefecture Personal Information Protection Ordinance, the school will provide information on the student's personal information and the contact situation at the school to the health center when identifying close contacts. Therefore, please note that the school may provide personal information such as contact information to the health center.
Regarding the new coronavirus infections, it is important to take appropriate measures based on the current information and circumstances. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will continue to cooperate with related organizations to prevent the spread of infection, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
