Hello! Everybody. I am Shikata teaching civics.
It has been a long time from my previous report.
There were various events, such as a sports festival and a culture festival before and after the summer vacation.
This time I will report on the interim presentation meeting of the project study by second year students.
Toyonaka High School held an interim presentation meeting of SGH project study on October 5 (Mon.).
Each group of all 14 groups made a presentation for four minutes regarding the results they have so far studied and the project policy toward the main presentation in next February. Teachers of the operation management committee and other teachers joined the meeting, resulting in a very fruitful event.

The teachers gave comments as follows, for which we appreciate very much.
"The meeting was hosted and steered by the students themselves, which impressed me favorably."
"The students expressed their thoughts in their own words. That's wonderful."
On the other hand there was an opinion below.
"The SGH projects require to be 'verified' and 'proposed.' I am concerned about how the students will put them fully into effect."
You might feel relieved to have finished the interim presentation, but the full-scale project study begins from here.
Now that the midterm examination ended, I would like you to recognize once again "what you want to investigate," and devote yourselves to the project study by reflecting on what is missing.
