とある今週の昼休み、いつもと少し違うランチを楽しみましたので紹介させていただきます！ なんと、本校に勤務してくださっているナイジェリア出身の先生が、教職員にナイジェリア料理を振舞ってくださいました。 この料理はジョロフライスと言い、見た目はピラフに似ています。少しスパイシーな味付けですが、とても美味しく頂きました。コールスローを乗せて一緒に食べ進めるのがナイジェリア流だそうです。ジョロフライスは、ナイジェリアではクリスマスパーティーにも出てくるような人気の料理だそうです。お米の上には大きなチキンが乗っており、お昼からお肉にかぶりつき、大阪にいながらナイジェリアを感じられた昼休みでした。

KLA students visited Global Studies classes on September 15th and 16th! We have REAL face to face interaction together! It was nice meeting the students from many different countries and getting to know each other! It was such a great experience to have an opportunity to get visitors to our school! Thank you for your donations‼ In total 29,107yen!! Thanks to all who supported our Sun Flower Project! We grew sunflowers which is the national flower of Ukraine. We gave out the pictures of them when getting donations at the culture festival. We are going to donate to the NGO Hunger Zero for Ukraine. Hunger Zero has been giving helping hands to Ukraine.
